Nova offers Sign in with Apple and Google. Your meals, photos and progress are tied to that account, so they follow you to a new phone. With Sign in with Apple you can hide your real email address and Nova works exactly the same.
To read your plate. You photograph the food, Nova identifies each item and tells you how easy it is to digest, which way it leans between storing and burning, and what it does to your hydration. Your meal photos stay on your phone.
Open My Body and tap Connect Apple Health, then grant the read permission. Nova reads your weight, water, steps and active energy. You can revoke it any time in the Health app.
Open Settings and tap Delete all data. This removes your meals, body readings and settings from Nova's servers and clears them from the device. If you would like your data removed by hand, email us and we will do it.
